Im absolutely obsessed with the idea of viewing our inner worlds, processing systems, and mental wellness as a “unique personally curated solar system” of places and spaces we can go whenever we desire or feel the pull to do so.

It can feel so nourishing and peaceful to know where you go and what you do when this life event happens, or this emotion feels overwhelming, or even when you want to creatively process new ideas.
